We offer a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, giving you direct access to your pediatrician when you need it most.

Simplified, Transparent Pricing
0-2 year old - $125 per month
2-6 year old - $100 per month
7 year old and older - $75 per month
Family max $300 per month

A non-refundable onboarding fee of $100 will be applied immediately upon enrollment of each patient.
Payment is due at or before time of service.
Insurance not accepted.
Above rates reflect 12 month membership commitment; rates vary based on commitment length.
A credit-card processing fee of 2.99% of the applicable charge will be added to payments made by credit card.
Just needing a one time clinic visit?
$150 for all one-time visits (✔ HSA/FSA eligible )
Additional fees apply for any required testing or prolonged visit

While Dr. Lauren encourages vaccines, she does not require that patients of the clinic be fully vaccinated.
The clinic will not offer vaccines on site.

The clinic is currently not set up to administer vaccines, but may in the future.

Anchor in Tide is a cash-pay only clinic and will not accept or bill any insurance carrier.
You may pay with HSA funds and may submit claims to your insurance for reimbursement.

Insurance coverage is strongly encouraged. Membership is not an insurance plan or substitute for health insurance. It is typically advantageous to have health insurance to cover hospital bills, lab tests, imaging, vaccines, specialist appointments, and medications. PPO plans facilitate easy specialist access. High-deductible plans or healthshare plans are sometimes a good complement to DPC. Please discuss with your insurance provider.

Members within 10 miles of the Rockport office can request a home visit subject to Dr. Lauren’s availability. Home visits carry an additional $100 cost per household. An additional charge of $50 will be charged for each additional 5 miles distance from the office.
